Return requests must be submitted directly through your customer account.

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications. We will therefore be unable to accept returns.

We recommend ordering a small quantity first so that you can carry out tests and check that the final result meets your expectations.
