How to make a claim?
Despite our various quality controls, if you encounter a problem related to the production of your screen transfers, you can make a claim by clicking on the "+ options" button of the order in question from your customer area.
Please make sure that you have respected all the necessary recommendations: often the incidents come from an unsuitable pressing and not from a production anomaly.
Please note that in the case of a proven production problem, a credit note up to the amount of your order will be issued.
Under no circumstances, and in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, will possible damages and/or requests for reimbursement of marked items be taken into account. This is why we advise you to always carry out pressing and washing tests in order to limit your risk on your production.
